Touch-Tone Teller

The Bank of Winnfield has made banking easier with our 24 hour, 7 day a week account information line. With Touch-Tone Teller, you can quickly and easily:

  • Make account balance inquiries
  • Determine the last six transactions on your account
  • Verify deposit and check transactions
  • Verify interest paid and earned information during tax time
  • Transfer funds between designated checking, savings and loan accounts (personal banking only)

Automated 24-Hour Banking

For your convenience, our Automated Teller Machine is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Transactions available through our ATM service are: cash withdrawals; transfers from savings accounts to checking accounts; balance inquiries; and loan payments. Your debit/ATM card can be used nationwide wherever you see the Pulse, Nyce, or Cirrus names. Your card may also be used for point of sale transactions at participating merchants. This service is offered at no charge to our customers when using our ATM. If you use your card at other banks' ATMs, the cost is $1 per transaction. (You may also be charged a fee by the operator of the other ATM). Ask our new accounts representatives for more information.

  • $1 charge for each ATM withdrawal at other ATMs
  • Replacement card fee of $5 per card
  • Pin Replacement fee of $3.00

Online Banking

We are committed to providing you with the latest banking technology, including internet banking. You can enroll online by choosing the sign up for internet banking tab on the home page. With this service, you can:

  • View your account history
  • Pay bills*
  • Reorder checks
  • View your electronic statement
  • Access account information
  • Make funds transfers (including loan payments)*

* Restricted to personal accounts only

E-statements

An e-statement is an electronic copy of your monthly statement. It’s convenient, time-saving, and eliminates document storage hassles. After you sign up, you will receive an email when your statement is available. You can then go to our Internet banking service and review or even print your statement. Your online account will include all your statements from the time you signed up to the present.

Bank by Mail

Envelopes and deposit slips are provided by the bank for your convenience. This service is beneficial for customers who are unable to do their banking during regular business hours.

Night Depository

Our Night Depository allows customers to deliver deposits and loan payments to the bank during non-banking hours.

Fax Service

We offer fax service to customers and non-customers who need to send or receive documents quickly. Charges are:

  • $2 for the first page
  • $1 for each additional page

Overdraft Protection - ODP (Sweep)

Put an end to needless worrying about overdrafts by protecting your checking account with overdraft protection. This service allows transfers from other checking or savings accounts to cover overdrafts.

  • $3 monthly sweep maintenance fee
  • $5 charge per ODP occurrence
  • Transfers are made in increments of $100
  • No partial transfers allowed
  • Certain restrictions apply to the number of transfers made from savings accounts
